From : 2/26/14  Mary Lou Brewton   912-604-3634  Press Release for Immediate Release

Arkhaios Film Festival  Oct. 23-25, 2014 Save the Date and First Call for Film Submissions

Hilton Head, SC:  Jean Guilleux, founder of the The Arkhaios Cultural Heritage and Archaeology Film Festival, reports this year’s Festival will be held again on Hilton Head, SC at Coligny Theater, Oct. 23-25, 2014. Please save those dates for 3 days of fascinating films from around the world.

The Arkhaios Cultural Heritage and Archaeology Film Festival issued the first call for producers and directors of films relevant to Cultural Heritage and Archaeology to enter their work in the juried competition.  All details  and registration forms are on the website.

With a dozen Archaeological Film Festivals in Europe, and just one on the west coast in the United States, the Arkhaios Festival represents an exciting opportunity for the east coast, and Hilton Head Island.

The very successful 2013 Inaugural festival has generated enough interest and enthusiasm for this event to be an annual event to be held the 3rd weekend in October; save these dates, Oct. 23-25, 2014. Information available on the festival website at
