Escape from the Usual Sources

Want to flesh out your family tree? Try escaping from the usual sources like Ancestry and Family Search. Come learn about other online sources that may help you fill in some pieces in your family puzzle and add “life” to your tree. This class is appropriate for all levels of genealogists, especially beginners.

A perspective of development of modern Hilton Head during the Charles Fraser years by a participant. Norman Harberger has been a Sea Pines property owner since 1974, and a full time resident since 1988. Norm is a mathematician/physicist who ended up as a business executive and management consultant. He brings to this presentation an analytical perspective, and a keen sense of the human factors and competing interests that have shaped, and continue to shape, the Island’s modern era.

Fee: $10 for non-members, $8 for members. Couples will pay $15 for non-members and $12 for members. For questions call Bill Altstaetter at 843-686-6560.
